General Questions

Do I have to pay additional taxes on my profits?

This only depends on the current tax laws in your country of residence. The clients of 365-FX do not have to pay any additional fees to the platform, though they are responsible for their own tax liabilities.

What are the underlying financial assets?

An underlying instrument is a certain security whose value determines the value of a derivative investment. There are four major markets that all the assets refer to:
Stocks (Apple Inc, Twitter Inc, Google, etc.)
Commodities (Oil, Wheat, Gold, etc.)
Indices (DJIA, FTSE-100, Nikkei 225, S&P 500, etc.)
Currencies (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, etc.)

Why can't I see a particular asset?

A wide range of assets is available to trade for our clients who use a certain account type. If you wish to have a specific asset to trade you should contact your account manager.

Why am I unable to trade?

Your account should be verified in order to be able to trade. As well, you should have enough funds deposited to your account to use as margin in order to open new positions.

What are CFDs?

CFDs are financial instruments that allow traders to invest into an asset class without actually owning the asset. Two parties simply designate each other as seller and buyer, and at the close of the contract one party pays the other the difference in value between the underlying's opening and closing prices, multiplied by the number of shares specified in the contract. If the difference is positive, the seller pays the buyer; if the difference is negative, the buyer pays the seller.

What is a stop loss order?

It is an advance order to sell an asset when it reaches a particular price level. It is used to limit a loss or gain in a trade. The concept can be used for short-term as well as long-term trading. This is an automatic order that an investor places with the broker.

What is a take profit order?

A take-profit order (T&P) is an order used by currency traders specifying the exact rate or number of pips from the current price point where to close out their current position for a profit.
